This is the Agreement of CilckOnNet Distributorship/user of clickonnet.in website made on the date at the time of usage (Effective Date) and by and between :
Infinity Transoft Solution Pvt. Ltd. . registered under The Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at Vishwakarma Society, Near Vavdi Water Tank, 150 Feet Ring Road, Rajkot – 360004. Hereinafter to be referred to as “Company”.
And
Distributor/User of the clickonnet.in website,
Infinity Transoft Solution Pvt. Ltd. and User of the website clickonnet.in hereafter together be referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
By using the website clickonnet.in the user is ready to accept the following :
1. The user is ready to be ClickOnNet Distributor/ Agent and have submitted all the mandatory document like Pan Card, Adhar Card, Shop Act Licence, Electricity Bill etc. to the Company.
2. Under this agreement ClickOnNet Distributor is allowed to make Agents in his/her Distributorship and can deliver virtual balance to his/her Agents.
3. ClickOnNet Distributor can provide credit limit to their Agents.
4. ClickOnNet Distributor have to maintain sufficient balance in his/her Distributor Account.
5. All ClickOnNet Agents are allowed to book Tickets with respect to balance available in their Distributor’s account. If sufficient balance is not available in Distributor Account, Agents under this Distributor can not book tickets irrespective of available balance in their individual ClickOnNet Agent Account.
6. ClickOnNet Distributor will get 1% (Inclusive GST) commission on base price of Bus ticket bookings by his/her Agents.
7. ClickOnNet Distributor will get 0.5% (Inclusive GST) commission on Flight ticket bookings.
8. Agent commission are of variable in nature and changes over Bus/Flight operator to operator and are displayed on clickonnet.in website in agent login at the time of actual ticket bookings.
9. Company will start new services according to market demand and availability like Hotel bookings etc. and the related commission will be set by the company in future and ClickOnNet Distributor is bound to accept suck commission set by the company.
10. Commission on Bus ticket bookings and flight ticket bookings are subject to change and the changes in commission are the ultimate rights of Infinity Transoft Solution Pvt. Ltd.
11. Commission to ClickOnNet Agents are set by Company and particular operators of that service and ClickOnNet Distributor have no rights to do any changes in the Agent commission.
12. In the event of cancellation of any ticket booked, no any commission will be paid to ClickOnNet Distributor and the amount returned to Distributor’s account will be according to cancellation policy of that particular Bus Operator or flight aggregator.
13. Any changes to the terms & conditions of this agreement are the exclusive rights of Infinity Transoft Solution Pvt. Ltd. and ClickOnNet Distributor / user of clickonnet.in website is/are bound to accept all the future changes in terms & conditions of this user agreement.
14. In the event of termination of this Distributor Account, company will charge 20% termination processing fees on the available balance of this Distributor Account or in the event of, at the time of termination very low available in this Distributor Account the termination processing charge will be decided by Company itself.
15. In any circumstances, Company will not be held responsible for any errors occurring in ticket booking process and any loss arising out of such events thereof.
16. The time period for this agreement is minimum one year and will be auto renewed without prior notice.
17. ClickOnNet Distributorship non-refundable charges are Rs. 25000 and are provided in to Distributor balance in this case as an additional benefit to the Distributor.
18. Infinity Transoft Solution pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for any kind of financial or any other damages caused by the usage of the website clickonnet.in and/or by loss of any data or connectivity thereof.
